There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled. We are not legally able to make any claims, guarantees, or recommendations regarding our natural cannabidiol products and drug tests. Our THC-free CBD products are third-party tested to ensure they contain less than 0.3% THC. If failing a drug test is a concern, we recommend not consuming any CBD products and/or doing further research at ProjectCBD.org before making the decision to consume any CBD.

If you are consuming our THC products YOU WILL FAIL A DRUG TEST. You should not take this product if you need to pass a drug test.

You can store your purchase in a cool, dry place. While you are welcome to store your edible products in the refrigerator, it is not necessary.

Always keep disposable pens, cartridges and batteries at room temperature. Avoid leaving items in your car or anywhere that experiences excessive fluctuations in cold and heat. Furthermore, always store items upright as laying them on their side could cause air bubbles to form and affect performance.

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

  • The customs value is made up of:
  • the price paid for the goods,
  • the insurance cost,
  • the shipping cost.

There is supposed to be air at the top of the vape cart. the cart is actually 1.1ml when completely full. When the cartridge is made, the oil is poured to the top of the glass tank and capped quickly to prevent leaking. Over time the oil gradually soaks into the coil area creating space at the top of the tank. This can be as much as 20% of the total amount, which can make tanks appear partly unfilled while actually containing a full amount of product.

  • We ship both locally and worldwide for our THC-free products & CBD-free product. 
  • We ship our CBD to all 50 states and Canada. 
  • Due to Delta 8 THC either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, this product does not ship outside of the U.S. nor to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada,  Rhode Island, & Utah.


If you need to correct your shipping address or if you need to add anything to your order please email info@earthsdew.com or call (833)REAL-DEW, as soon as possible. We will do our best to try help you but due to a high volume of orders there are no guarantees. 

Once your order has been shipped we unfortunately, can't make any adjustments or changes.

Order Cancellations or Refunds or not allowed.

Our body butters and gummies are susceptible to melting while in transit during the hot summer months. We offer thermal shipping protection for a fee to prevent this from happening. Please consider adding this option because we will no longer issue re-shipments or refunds due to the products melting.

Please be sure that someone is there to receive your package upon delivery so that it's not waiting in the hot mailbox or the sun. 

If the body butters melt, as a result of exposure to extreme temperature, re-solidify by refrigerating for about 5-10 minutes. Product softening does not change the benefits to the skin.

In the unlikely event that you order thermal shipping protection and your products still melt, please contact Earth's Dew (info@earthsdew.com) for further assistance. 


Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email. 

If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with UPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time.

The only time that we will issue a store credit is when tracking confirms that the package was lost DURING TRANSIT and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc. 

If your package is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or any reason at all, you will be issued a store credit (minus shipping costs) once it is confirmed that Earth's Dew has received the product.

 - My Package says Delivered but I didn't Receive It: 

USPS has been marking items as delivered and not actually delivering them. First, check with your neighbors or your leasing office (if applicable), then wait 1-2 days for it to actually show up. If those options didn't work, please contact Earth's Dew immediately, then actually go up to your local USPS and ask to speak to the post master and explain the situation (be sure to have your tracking number handy). 

 - My Package says that it's delayed and I paid for priority shipping:

Unfortunately, Earth's Dew does not work for USPS. Once we ship off the package, we are no longer in control of how long it's going to take to get to you. Due to COVID-19, USPS has been extremely delayed for First Class & Priority Shipping. Priority shipping does not guarantee you a delivery date even though the estimate is shown. If your package has been delayed over a week after the expected delivery date please contact Earth's Dew as soon as possible.

If you selected USPS Express (next day shipping) and your package was delayed, please contact Earth's Dew immediately. 

 - I Got A Tracking Number But I Don't See Any Updates:

Please allow 1-2 days for your tracking to update. Please reach out to Earth's Dew if your tracking doesn't update by Day 3. There have been rare cases where the package will not show any tracking at all and it will just show up and then be marked as delivered. 

Orders are shipped out daily (Monday-Friday) excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders can take 1-7 business days to process before being shipped out with your selected shipping method. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. (check spam or junk folder just in case)

*NOTE: during restocks, new releases & special promotions, there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time.

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Total distance between us and you
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
  • Post office closure or emergent circumstances

Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

If you do not receive an email from Earth's Dew within a few hours of placing your order, please be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

  • Domestic vs International shipments
  • Selected shipping method
  • Reshipment

We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

Should any refunds or store credits be issued at any time, under any circumstances, shipping cost are not included.
